I’ve written 2k this week. I have edits, so writing has slowed.
I’m probably hitting about 40/50k for Sven this time around. Everything sort of fell apart in December and early Jan. I did get 4 contracts in that period, so it’s not all bad…
WIP total: 97,439
Sven total: 86,939
Total since last check-in: 4269
At this rate I’ll reach my goal on Friday, but it’s probably going to be longer than 100K so I’m expecting to finish up the story over the weekend - right on time.
got an unexpected free day today so I’m trying to move forward… still slightly discouraged and I’ll have 1/3 of the book left to do after Sven but I’m still on track to finish by the end of the month, which was my original goal, so it’s not all bad So much fun to share the journey with everybody!

I’m 3500 into a new novel and did tons of prewriting on it before I started, plus that novel I finished during the bulk of the challenge.
