Indeed. Sometimes the words flow as if I’m inspired. At other times I have to drag them kicking and screaming onto the page (with lots of muttering and staring at a blank-ish screen/ sheet of paper in between).

  2. Portia Da Costa Says:

Must admit, the story I’m working on seems to have bricklaying qualities to it… but I’m hoping that it’ll turn delirious any moment now! :)

  3. Diana Pharaoh Francis Says:

I keep hoping for deliriousness. But actually so long as there’s steady flow to the words, I am pleased. And so far . . . so good.

Oh, I’m doing terribly today! Just a hundred or so words added. Although I *am* editing…

    Somebody tell me that’s okay!

  5. Diane J Standiford Says:

I have been holding his story inside for so many years, it is bursting out faster han I can write it. Portia, it’s okay.

  6. Lillian Feisty Says:

    That’s great, Portia.

Can someone tell me why I never want to actually work on the book I’m supposed to be working on?

  7. Portia Da Costa Says:

    I think that’s Sod’s Law of writing, Feisty! :0
